"We were delighted that CV Wallet / Resume Wallet was recognised at the National Online Recruitment Awards last night, winning the Best Newcomer award.

Beverly and I originally set out with a big goal to use the latest tech to rethink the hiring process to make it fairer, more trusted and more efficient. Then along came GenAI in the middle of us building it and our belief that we entering the start of the Candidate Era suddenly accelerated and we realised we were in the heart of the coming storm.

Whilst it feels like we have been doing this forever, building a product that is capable of achieving what we set out to do and creating partnerships to help us on the journey, the reality is we have barely started. Thank you to our brilliant team who have made huge leaps forward with the product, which when you are working at the bleeding edge it is not an easy place to build from. Am incredibly proud of what they have achieved so far and what I think we will go on to do. 

Thank you to Stephen for organising a brilliant event, the judges for seeing what we are trying to do and our fellow finalists for making us look even better. And lastly to all our industry friends who have supported us and made it a great night."
